ALL SWIMMER MUST BE POSITIVELY CHECKED-IN AT LEAST 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE START OF THE SESSION TO BE SEEDED
To scratch a positively check in a swimmer please text or email to meet admin at the addresses below. Please text or email as soon as possible. Please include the swimmers’ full first and last name, team name, and the event or events they wish to scratch .
Only coaches of record may scratch a positively their swimmers from an event. This will be verified by email and or phone number that was provided by the coach on the meet sign in sheet.
